The BIGFOOT QUILT. Synthetic (Climashield COMBAT), 26 ounce ultra-lite quilt for one ...plus a dog. 1.5 inches of loft, good to 32 degrees (lower if you wear more clothing or sleep with dogs).
Draw-cord neck and foot box. 8" "Hot Wings", non-insulated draft flaps to block wind and drafts and to tuck under the sleeper.
Shell and liner are 1.4 oz. rip-stop superlite nylon. 86" long, 60" wide (76" with "Hot Wings" extended), 54" hip, 46" foot (23" foot closed). Five snaps at the foot with grossgrain loops and one at the neck.
Two straps behind the sleepers back for converting quilt into semi-sleeping bag for warmth retention when the temp. drops. Grossgrain loops behind snaps facilitate field drying and enable quilt to convert to hammock under-quilt insulation.
I had the quilt made extra large to use with my portable heater (my dog, Sherpa)...spooning's o.k, forking's out of the question :)
